Ingredients:
For each burger you will need:
1/3 lb grass fed hamburger meat
Garlic salt and a pinch of cumin
1 jalapeño burger bun or seeded bun
2 slices mild cheddar cheese
1/4 avocado sliced
1 thick slice sweet onion
2 tablespoons Mango Tequila Jalapeño
Grill Sauce
1 tablespoon sour cream
Cooking Instructions:
Form patty and season with garlic salt and a pinch of cumin. Grill or cook in a skillet
over medium high heat on one side, flip and place slices of cheddar on cooked side and
cook until desired temperature. Slice burger bun in half, when burgers are cooked to
desired temperature pour 2 tablespoons of Mango Tequila Jalapeño on bottom bun,
layer with burger, onion slice, avocado, sour cream on top half of bun and serve.
